Stipendium Hungaricum, being the most prestigious higher education scholarship programme of the Hungarian Government, offers a wide range of courses for international students of excellent academic track record.

The scholarship aims to support the internationalisation of the Hungarian higher education and its constant development, to strengthen the international relations of the academic and research community, and to promote the good reputation and competitiveness of the Hungarian higher education throughout the world.

Stipendium Hungaricum scholarships are available for bachelor’s, master’s, one-tier master’s, doctoral, and non-degree programmes (preparatory and specialisation courses).

Colombia is among the eligible countries (the application process is managed by ICETEX).

Study Fields Supported by the Stipendium Hungaricum Programme in Colombia

1. Full degree in bachelor studies: agriculture, engineering, social sciences, arts and humanities, health sciences, natural sciences and computer sciences

2. Full degree in master studies: agriculture, engineering, social sciences, arts and humanities, health sciences, natural sciences and computer sciences

3. Full degree one-tier master studies: any field of interest

4. Full degree in doctoral studies: any field of interest

5. Partial studies: levels and fields of study as specified above
